High processing accuracy: The sensor-based length measurement system, combined with a servo cutting motor, guarantees a workpiece length accuracy within ±1 mm, which is critically important for subsequent production stages (e.g., when welding wire meshes).

Modern automation and ease of control: Key parameters (drawing speed, straightening roller speed) are adjusted via an intuitive touchscreen using variable frequency drives (VFDs). Only 1 operator is required to operate and service the machine.
Versatility of processed materials: The machine can process low-carbon wire and rebar with a diameter of 3 to 12 mm, as well as high-carbon and alloy steel with a diameter of 3 to 8 mm. It is suitable for processing both smooth and ribbed (periodic profile) surfaces.
