Description

TX800-10PY Turning-Milling Machining Center

High-performance CNC turning-milling machining center designed for complex machining of intricate parts. The model is equipped with a 15-station BMT55 Y-axis direct-drive power turret, allowing turning and milling operations in a single setup. This eliminates setup errors and significantly reduces machining time.

Key Advantages:

  • Precision High-Speed Axes — The X, Z, and Y axes are equipped with servo motors (3.1 kW) and precision R4010 ball screws (HIWIN, Taiwan). Travel speeds for X/Z/Y axes and tailstock: 20/20/15/20 m/min. Positioning accuracy: ±0.005 mm, minimum system resolution: 0.001 mm.

  • High-Precision Linear Guides — INA45 roller linear guides (Germany) with 6 sliders on the X-axis and 4 extended sliders on the Z-axis ensure excellent contouring accuracy, low friction, and long service life.

  • Powerful Powered Tools — Direct-drive power turret with 8.8 kW power (10,000 rpm).

  • Powerful and Precise Spindle — A2-8 spindle (10 inch) with a bar hole diameter of 86 mm and maximum bar capacity of 75 mm. High-quality FAG/NSK bearings (Germany/Japan) guarantee high machining accuracy and long-term stability.

  • Reinforced Tailstock — Programmable hydraulic tailstock with MT5 taper and maximum travel of 470 mm provides reliable support for long workpieces. Optional servo tailstock available.
