AccuteX AU-860iA Wire Cut EDM Machine

The AccuteX AU-860iA is a high-precision CNC wire cut electrical discharge machine designed for complex contour cutting of conductive materials, including cemented carbides, PCD (polycrystalline diamond), and graphite. The machine combines high structural rigidity, a modern Windows CE-based control system, and a wide range of automation options. It delivers stable machining with surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 µm and high positioning accuracy, thanks to 3D laser calibration (API) and the option to install linear scales.

  • AccuteX’s Own Controller
    Fully developed by AccuteX engineers. Direct motion control via Windows CE ensures high-precision trajectory following, unlike third-party controllers based on Windows XP with external software.

  • High Accuracy
    Error calibration in 3 dimensions using the US API 3D Laser. Foundation levelness error is less than 20 µm. Optional X/Y linear scales are available.

  • PCD and Graphite Cutting
    A special power supply and stabilized discharge system provide high-quality, long-duration machining of PCD and graphite with minimal edge chipping.

  • 6 Axes (X, Y, Z, U, V, W)
    Simultaneous 5-axis interpolation. The W axis is an optional rotary table for machining rotating parts and complex PCD tools.

  • Remote Master
    Windows-based software that allows real-time monitoring of machine status in the workshop, NC program simulation, job assignment, and file uploading/downloading via the internet.

  • Consumables Management
    Automatic notification when it is time to replace filters, guides, ion exchange resin, and wire.
