Description

Key advantages of the AW600 machine:

  • Intelligent automatic wire threading system (AWF): Ensures automatic wire break detection, precise re-threading at the break point, and, most importantly, underwater wire threading without the need to drain the working fluid (dielectric). The system performs up to 9 bending and retracting cycles to guarantee successful threading.

  • Ultimate machining precision: Each unit undergoes individual laser inspection with an accuracy of 0.1 μm, guaranteeing stable static accuracy of the machine. An excellent surface finish is achieved (roughness up to Ra ≤ 0.25 μm when using the optional finishing module).

  • Advanced pulse power supply (AC MOSFET): A high-speed, electrolysis-free power supply minimizes the formation of micro-cracks and electrolytic effects on the workpiece surface after machining. This significantly extends the service life of manufactured molds and dies.

  • Convenient and intuitive software: The machine operates on a licensed Windows 10 OS. A comprehensive built-in parameter library allows launching the optimal machining mode with a single click (based on material, wire diameter, and workpiece thickness). Energy adjustment is performed via a simple "slider", freeing the operator from the need to memorize complex numerical parameters.

  • Reliability and multi-level protection: Three-level collision protection (software, hardware, and mechanical) is implemented on the X and Y axes. The "Power-off memory" function allows automatic resumption of machining from the exact same point after power restoration. In the event of a short circuit, the intelligent system retracts the wire to a safe zone and pauses the process.

  • Intelligent corner control strategy: The system automatically adapts machining parameters when navigating corners without operator intervention. The more complex the part geometry and the more corners it has, the more noticeable the advantage of this technology in maintaining accuracy.

  • Ergonomics and ease of maintenance: The height and tilt angle of the control panel are adjustable to the operator's height. The design includes a transparent tank for visual process monitoring, a side door for easy filter replacement and fluid refilling, and a modern sheet steel body resistant to corrosion under any production conditions.

  • High production capacity of the AW600 model: This model features an enlarged worktable (850 × 600 mm), large working strokes along the axes (600 × 400 × 360 mm), and is capable of machining heavy workpieces weighing up to 800 kg with maximum dimensions up to 1030 × 800 × 350 mm.

  • Clear status indication: A light indicator system allows for instant assessment of the machine's status: green (normal machining), red (alarm), blue (standby mode).
