High feeding performance — The solid steel housing, combined with the polyurethane guiding channel and reinforced front-end design, effectively dampens vibrations, ensuring optimal performance at high machining speeds.
Quick and simple changeover — Quick-change guiding channels are secured by locating pins, enhancing stability. For complete diameter changeover, the elements can be replaced quickly and easily without tools. The pusher can be simply released by unlocking the quick-turn hand levers.
Convenient bar diameter adjustment — Bar diameter selection on the magazine tray is performed by simple manual adjustment using a changeover gauge; no tools required. A three-position scale allows visual confirmation of the new adjustment position for accurate and quick selection.
Powerful clamping mechanism — The reinforced cylinder design increases bar clamping force, ensuring high reliability. This prevents failures when feeding a new bar or remnant and guarantees controlled operation of the bar feeder.
PLC and integrated HMI — PLC controller and built-in human-machine interface (HMI) with multilingual support. The large 7" color touch display shows alarm messages and position tracking for quick diagnostics, changeovers, and ease of operation.
Reinforced front roller-type vibration damping mechanism — The roller device, thanks to its precisely engineered design, effectively absorbs and dissipates vibration energy, significantly enhancing equipment stability and precision. Highly efficient vibration suppression reduces wear and fatigue damage to mechanical structures, extends equipment life, and lowers operating noise.
3S synchronization (optional) — For use on sliding headstock lathes, the 3S system ensures synchronized bar movement. The servo motor detects sliding headstock movements. The electronic detection and feedback system allows the bar feeder's servo system to control pushing and retraction without placing any load on the lathe spindle.
