Automatic Edge Bander MAX 340
Compact high-performance Taiwanese edge banding machine for straight-line PVC/ABS edge banding without visible glue lines.
Key Features:
Glue line elimination — specially designed system ensures perfect bonding without visible glue traces.
Full processing cycle — pre-heating (0.4 kW), end trimming, rough milling, profile scraping, corner rounding, and polishing included as standard.
Universal workpiece range — minimum part size 170×90 mm, panel thickness 8–45 mm, edge 0.4–3 mm.
Stable performance — feed speed 9 m/min, total motor power 5.5 kW for continuous operation.
PLC control — system with LED display and keyboard, supports coil material up to Ø800 mm, reinforced workpiece fence.
Applications:
Serial production of cabinet furniture, kitchen facades, office panels from particleboard/MDF with premium edge finishing at medium furniture manufacturers.
