Description

Construction and Materials:

Bed, column, saddle, and table are made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron and stress-relieved for high stability.

Guideways and Protection:

All slideways are hardened, precision ground, and coated with Turcite-B for maximum wear resistance.
X and Y axes are protected by stainless steel telescopic covers.

Feed Accuracy:

X and Y axis feeds use high-precision lead screws with double nuts to ensure high feed accuracy.
X-axis feed is driven by a high-torque servo motor, providing variable feed speed.

Spindle Assembly:

Spindle runs on precision angular contact bearings.
Spindle is precision-manufactured from SCM21 alloy steel, heat-treated, and precision ground.
Powerful spindle motor enables a high chip removal rate.

Drivetrain and Gearing:

All gears in the milling head are hardened and precision ground for quiet operation.
