Description
Key Features of the WM-210 Benchtop Lathe
1. Expanded Work Envelope in a Compact Footprint
The machine delivers a maximum swing over bed of 210 mm and 110 mm over the cross slide, with a 350 mm distance between centers. These parameters enable machining of medium-sized parts while still allowing placement on a standard workbench in a home workshop or educational classroom.
2. Stepless Electronic Speed Control
The spindle is driven by an asynchronous motor with smooth electronic speed regulation across a range of 50–2500 rpm. A two-range transmission system provides high torque at low speeds for roughing operations and stable performance at high speeds during precision finishing.
3. Integrated Threading System
The mechanical feed gearbox enables cutting of metric threads with pitches from 0.4 to 3.0 mm and imperial threads without requiring gear changes. Longitudinal and cross feeds are adjustable across a wide range to accommodate both roughing and finishing operations.
4. Simple Connection and Operation
The lathe operates from a standard single-phase 220 V / 50 Hz power supply, eliminating the need for three-phase wiring. All controls—cross slide and compound rest handles, speed regulator, and feed selection levers—are ergonomically positioned within easy reach of the operator.
