High-Tech and Wear-Resistant Spindle Assembly
Original Taiwanese Spindle: Manufactured from SNCM-21H alloy steel.
Multi-Stage Treatment: Surface hardness exceeds 62 HRC, and the depth of the hardened layer is over 1.5 mm.
Hydrodynamic Oil Film Technology: Utilizes a dynamic hydrodynamic oil film spindle, ensuring exceptional running smoothness, vibration damping, and the highest grinding accuracy.
Ultra-Precise Adjustment and Feed System
High-Precision Increment: The fine adjustment scale of the regulating wheel and the feed leadscrew under the worktable have a resolution of just 0.001 mm, allowing for meticulous adjustment of the material removal process.
Flexible Geometry: The regulating wheel can be tilted in the range of +5° to -3° and swiveled by ±6°, ensuring optimal setup for various types of centerless grinding (through-feed and in-feed).
Optimal Technical Specifications for a Wide Range of Applications
Versatility: Capable of machining workpieces with diameters from 0.5 to 40 mm, making it ideal for the production of small and medium-sized parts (shafts, axles, pins, etc.).
Powerful Drives: The grinding wheel (305 mm) is driven by a 7.5 HP motor (1950 rpm), while the regulating wheel (205 mm) is driven by a 2.0 kW motor with stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 300 rpm.
