Description

Compared with existing models of this size, the CUTEX-180 series has an expanded specification of the main spindle and turning-milling functions, as well as a more user-friendly design. The Y-axis model has a Y-axis stroke of ±55 mm, which is the largest in its class, which increases the processing capabilities and productivity of the machine.

High speed and powerful spindle. The high-speed and powerful spindle ensures stable and precise processing at low and high speeds.
Tailstock. The controlled tailstock (hydraulic) makes installation of the workpiece convenient and reduces the processing time of the part, because Setup time is less than that of competitors' equipment.
High rigidity linear guides. CUTEX-180 is equipped with high rigidity linear roller guides on all axes, with a fast feed speed of 36m/min, which reduces the time between processes and increases the accuracy of the machine.
Processing of any shapes. Multi-axis machining with turn-mill functions and spindle C-axis.
Counter spindle (optional). When equipped with a counter spindle, the processing efficiency and quality of parts increases. Parts are processed completely from both sides, namely: first, the part is processed in the main spindle, then the spindles are synchronized and the part is intercepted by the counter spindle, where processing continues.
