The CK61100E/125E/140E/160E series of heavy-duty CNC lathes is designed for high-precision machining in both mass production and single-part manufacturing. Thanks to exceptional rigidity, spindle accuracy, and advanced feed systems, these machines deliver a reliable solution for complex and large-scale machining tasks in modern industry.

Bed: Monolithic box-type structure made of HT300 cast iron, double stress-relief treatment, 755 mm guideway width—ensuring high rigidity and vibration resistance.
Headstock: Three-point support on heavy-duty precision bearings, stepless speed control, and constant surface speed capability. Gears are induction-hardened and precision ground.
Feed System: X and Z axes use precision ground ball screw assemblies. Z-axis up to 6000 mm travel: AC servo motor with planetary reducer; over 6000 mm: rack-and-pinion drive. Centralized automatic lubrication.
Accuracy: High positioning and repeatability accuracy, ensuring consistent performance during extended operation.
Machining Capabilities: Turning of shafts, sleeves, and discs; machining of cylindrical, conical, and contoured surfaces; facing, grooving, and threading (metric, imperial, modular, tapered).
