Description
SEGA 350 Panel Saw
A compact and high-precision panel saw designed for ripping and cross-cutting of sheet and panel materials. The model combines a reliable Italian design, a powerful motor, and thoughtful ergonomics, ensuring high-quality and efficient cutting in small to medium-sized workshops.
Key Advantages:
Powerful Cutting Head — the main motor with 5 kW (7.5 HP) power rotates a blade up to 350 mm in diameter at 4000 rpm, ensuring productive and clean cutting.
Scoring Blade Included — the machine is equipped with a separate scoring motor (0.75 kW) and blade (⌀120 mm) at 8000 rpm for flawless cutting of laminated and veneered panels without edge chipping.
Increased Cutting Depth — maximum cutting depth is 120 mm at 90° and 92 mm at 45°, allowing processing of thick workpieces and material stacks.
Convenient Sliding Table — the steel sliding beam (carriage) with a length of 3200 mm (optionally 3800 mm) ensures smooth and precise workpiece movement when cutting large-format sheets.
High Precision Ripping — the maximum distance from the blade to the parallel rip fence (1250 mm) allows for accurate cutting of wide panels.
Safety and Convenience — the machine can be equipped with motorized blade lifting and a bridge-type blade guard complying with CE safety requirements.
Compact and Mobile — the machine has a low weight (630 kg) and compact packed dimensions, facilitating transport and workshop placement.
Application Area:
Designed for high-precision cutting of wood-based panels (particleboard, MDF, HDF, plywood), plastics, aluminum composite panels, and other sheet materials. An ideal solution for furniture workshops, joinery productions, shops fitting out workshops, exhibition stand builders, and other enterprises requiring a combination of compactness, precision, and productivity.
