Description
Key Features of the YORNEW CK-210B Desktop CNC Lathe
1. Fully Enclosed Safety Design
The machine features a fully enclosed protective housing with transparent viewing windows, ensuring operator safety during operation while allowing visual monitoring of the machining process.
2. Optimal Working Parameters
Maximum swing over bed is 210 mm, chuck diameter is 100 mm, and distance between centers is 290 mm. The spindle bore diameter of 26 mm with an MT4 taper enables machining of both solid and tubular workpieces.
3. Wide Spindle Speed Range
Spindle speed range spans 100–1750 rpm with smooth electronic speed control via the CNC system, allowing optimal cutting parameters selection for various materials and operations.
4. Powerful Drive and Precise Axis Movements
The spindle is driven by a 1.1 kW servo motor. Axis movements along X (90 mm) and Z (300 mm) are performed by 400 W servo motors coupled with precision ball screw assemblies, delivering a maximum rapid traverse rate of up to 2000 mm/min.
5. Integrated Cooling System
The machine incorporates a built-in coolant sump with standard coolant nozzles, providing efficient cooling of the cutting zone and chip collection without requiring external accessories.
