The HCT-1210WZ is a high-tech 12-axis spring forming machine. Equipped with a Taiwanese CNC system and Japanese servo motors.

• Taiwanese computer system and Japanese servo motors, camless mechanism

• 12 control axes — maximum flexibility for producing any type of spring. 8 slides with independent servo drives (via reducers) — operate without mutual interference.

• Suitable for processing steel wire with diameter from 0.1 to 1.0 mm by wire bending, including complex and shaped bending for manufacturing various torsion springs, extension springs, compression springs, special-shaped springs with complex bend angles, as well as for shaped wire bending into products of complex geometry.

• The wire feeding and rotation system is synchronously controlled via CNC program, so feeding accuracy can reach 0.02 mm during wire rotation.

• Thanks to the use of high-precision servo motors and a computer controller, the machine can produce springs with precise dimensions and complex angles.
