Flexible Control Systems

Three versions — the machine is available in three modifications:

• GD-250AH — manual control along the Z-axis

• GD-250AHR — electric control

• GD-250AHD — servo control

Automatic feed — automatic feed along the X and Y axes ensures high productivity and machining stability.

• Worktable: 500×200 mm size with 14×1 mm T-slots for secure workpiece clamping.

• Large travel ranges: X-axis travel is 600 mm, Y-axis travel is 220 mm, allowing the machining of parts of various sizes.

• High load capacity: maximum load on the worktable up to 450 kg.

• Distance from spindle to table: 480 mm, providing the ability to machine parts of various heights.

Performance

• Worktable speed: 5–25 m/min, allowing optimization of cutting conditions for various materials.

• Rapid traverse along the Y-axis: 990/1190 mm/min to reduce auxiliary time.

• Precise feed: automatic feed along the Y-axis is adjustable in the range of 0.1–8 mm.

Machining Accuracy

• Fine manual feed along the Y-axis: 0.02 mm per 5 mm of handwheel travel for precision adjustment.

• Micro feed along the Z-axis: 0.005 mm per handwheel division ensures high grinding depth accuracy.

• Grinding wheel: 180×12.5×31.75 mm size, suitable for a wide range of grinding operations.
