Description
The Hizar HTCM-1000C machine is designed for high-performance cutting of natural stone, including granite, marble, and other hard materials, with the ability to process semi-finished products, thick slabs, and blocks while maintaining precision and surface quality.
Maximum workpiece dimensions: length up to 2000 mm, width 1000 mm, and thickness up to 350 mm, enabling the processing of large-format elements without preliminary cutting.
The cutting head features 360° rotation, allowing precise chamfering at any angle and the formation of complex geometric contours, including internal and external arcs.
Vertical movement of the cutting mechanism is automated, while crosswise adjustment is manual, providing flexibility in process setup and high processing accuracy even with thin or fragile materials.
The machine operates with a saw blade diameter of 800–1000 mm and a 16.5 kW electric motor; the cooling system with a water flow rate of 52.5 L/h ensures stable operation and prevents equipment overheating.
A robust steel frame and compact dimensions (5090 × 2000 × 2300 mm) guarantee stability during intensive operation and convenient placement in production workshops.
The machine complies with international standards, features a control system with remote diagnostics capability, and is supported by a service center offering a 1-year warranty that includes technical assistance and video monitoring.
Versatility and reliability make this machine an optimal solution for industrial production, delivering high productivity and consistent processing quality throughout its extended service life.
