Purpose and Scope of Application
The machine is designed for high-precision external and internal grinding of cylindrical, tapered, and end face surfaces of parts made from hardened and unhardened steels, cast iron, and non-ferrous alloys. It is used in tool rooms, repair workshops, and for the manufacturing and restoration of shafts, axles, bushings, rings, and other precision parts.
Machining Versatility – The machine is intended for grinding cylindrical and tapered surfaces of small shafts, round bushings, needle valves, plungers, and other components.

Flexible Clamping System – Supports the use of a three-jaw chuck, collet chuck, and other special fixtures.
Hydraulic System – Longitudinal movement of the worktable is performed both hydraulically and manually; the hydraulic system is equipped with high-quality gear components.
Swivel Mechanisms – The grinding wheel and headstock can be rotated; the worktable swivel range is -5° to +9°.
