Description

Vertical machining centers VESTA-660/1000 are characterized by convenient design and a wide range of additional options. No equipment malfunctions and safe operation will allow you to produce without delays and quality problems. A variety of options are available for more productive and precise processing.

Turntable (Option). The HWACHEON rotary table is easy to operate and does not require an optional 4th axis interface. Features 1.8 tons of clamping force and a minimum angle indexing of 5 seconds.
Fast chip removal function. The VESTA series chip removal area is designed with a wide-angle sliding hood and flushing nozzles on each side of the table. The screw chip conveyor removes chips quickly and efficiently for more productive operation.
The HTDL function extends tool life, the NESS function allows you to choose your machining strategy, the OPTIMA function controls the feed and the HTDL function prevents tool breakage.
The feed system is equipped with stiff roller guides for stability and precise control during high-speed machining.
