Description

CNC Vertical Machining Center VESTA-660

A compact high-precision CNC vertical machining center for small to medium batch production. Combines high-speed roughing and precision finishing thanks to advanced Hwacheon software and rigid construction.

Key Advantages:

  • Hwacheon Intelligent Software — HECC, HTLD, OPTIMA, HTDC optimize feed rate in real time, monitor load, and compensate for thermal displacement.

  • Flexible HECC Contour Control — easy switching between speed and precision modes by simple CNC code input.

  • High-Precision Spindle — 10,000 rpm direct drive (BT-40), power 11/7.5 kW. Oil jacket cooling minimizes thermal deformation.

  • Rigid Roller Guides — heavy-duty guides on all axes ensure accuracy and vibration resistance at high speeds.

  • High-Dynamic Axes — X/Y/Z travel: 660/430/400 mm. Traverse speeds up to 36 m/min (X/Y) and 30 m/min (Z).

  • HTDC Thermal Stability — sensors in spindle and frame maintain accuracy during long operation.
