Description
Key Features of the MJ347E Band Saw Machine
Purpose and Application
The machine is designed for longitudinal, cross-cutting, and contour sawing of wood, plywood, particle board, MDF, and other sheet materials. It is effectively used in furniture manufacturing, joinery workshops, and for producing wooden components of complex shapes — from blanks to decorative elements.
Main Technical Specifications
Maximum cutting height — 500 mm, enabling processing of massive timber sections and stacked boards.
Maximum cutting width — 680 mm (distance from the blade to the column), defining the dimensions of workpieces that can be processed.
Powerful electric motor with a capacity of 3–4 kW ensures stable operation even when cutting hard and damp wood species.
Design Features
Cast-iron worktable measuring 700 × 600 mm with precise tilt adjustment from 0° to 45° in both directions, allowing angled cuts without repositioning the workpiece.
Reinforced box-section frame minimizes vibrations even under maximum load and at high cutting speeds.
Operational Advantages
Easy maintenance — blade replacement and guide adjustment can be performed manually without special tools.
High cutting accuracy thanks to rigid construction and precise blade guidance.
Capability to process hard wood species (oak, beech, ash, maple) and damp materials without compromising cut quality or causing blade overheating.
