Description

3-axis CNC spring forming machine for making torsion springs and wire forming.

It is suitable for making various tension springs, torsion springs, square springs, double torsion springs, conical springs, flat springs and such difficult abnormity springs.

Machine adopts CNC control system made in Taiwan and servo motor imported from Japan.
The cam axis, feeding axis, quill rotary axis, wire rotation axis and auxiliary axis are interconnected when running.
Machine can be equipped with additional servo spinner or second hook station.

The machine has tracking detection, if there is subquality product, the machine will automatically stopped.
