A high-speed CNC machine designed for manufacturing springs from wire with a diameter of 2.0–6.0 mm. The JTC-660-3 is a compact and cost-effective modification of the popular 6-axis spring coiling machine. Six CNC-controlled axes significantly simplify the setup and retooling of the equipment compared to traditional 2- and 3-axis models, making this machine an ideal solution for medium and small-batch production.

Key Features of the JTC-660-3 Model:

The JTC-660-3 modification differs from the base JTC 660 version through a series of optimized design solutions:

• 3 pairs of feed rollers instead of 4 – a sufficient configuration for stable wire feeding within the working diameter range.

• Automatic wire feeding device with a load capacity of 1000 kg (instead of 1500 kg).

• Reduced power of the cut-off axis (optimal for working with medium-diameter wire).

• Reduced overall dimensions (the machine occupies less production floor space).

Types of Coiled Springs:

The machine allows for the production of a wide range of spring products:

• Compression springs – cylindrical, conical, barrel-shaped.

• Oil seal springs.

• Torsion springs of simple geometry.

• Extension springs with a full-loop hook (hook angle < 60°).
