QDM-CNC26T Bending-Forming Machine
A high-precision CNC bending-forming machine designed for comprehensive processing of sheet materials, wire, and strip. The design combines four main modules: material feeding, stamping die, forming slides, and rear ejector (mandrel), controlled by a modern 3-axis servo system with expandable axis count.
Key Advantages:
Universal Material Feeding System — the feeding mechanism provides unlimited length feeding as well as reciprocating (back and forth) feeding. Reciprocating feeding significantly simplifies the forming of complex parts and reduces tooling design and manufacturing costs.
Integrated Stamping Unit — the built-in stamping mechanism allows pre-processing of the workpiece directly during the process: punching holes, embossing protrusions, cutting material before bending, as well as deep drawing and bending. This reduces the number of technological operations and eliminates the need for secondary processing.
Flexible Adjustment of Forming Slides — the forming unit consists of cams, forming slides, and return stroke cams. The direction and angle of slide movement can be freely adjusted, allowing easy execution of complex microelectronic bends.
Expanded Technological Capabilities (Options) — the availability of additional units, such as a 3D forming module and a curling module, enables the creation of the most complex and intricate product shapes.
