QDM-26T Mechanical forming machine
A high-precision mechanical bending-forming machine designed for comprehensive processing of wire and strip materials. The design combines four main modules: wire feeding, stamping die, forming slides, and rear ejector (mandrel), operating on mechanical principles.
Key Advantages:
Precision Material Feeding — the lever-type feeding mechanism ensures material positioning accuracy in the forming device within 0.02 mm, guaranteeing high stability and repeatability of finished product geometry.
Integrated Stamping Unit — the built-in stamping mechanism allows pre-processing of the workpiece directly during the process: punching holes, embossing protrusions, cutting material before bending, and crimping. This reduces the number of technological operations and eliminates the need for secondary processing.
Flexible Adjustment of Forming Slides — the forming unit consists of cams, forming slides, and return stroke cams. The direction and angle of slide movement can be freely adjusted, allowing easy execution of complex microelectronic bends.
Expanded Technological Capabilities (Option) — the availability of an additional unit for 3D processing enables the creation of the most complex and intricate product shapes.
