A high-precision mechanical bending-forming machine designed for comprehensive processing of wire and strip materials. The design combines four main modules: wire feeding, stamping die, forming slides, and rear ejector (mandrel), operating on mechanical principles.

• Precision Material Feeding — the lever-type feeding mechanism ensures material positioning accuracy in the forming device within 0.02 mm, guaranteeing high stability and repeatability of finished product geometry.

• Integrated Stamping Unit — the built-in stamping mechanism allows pre-processing of the workpiece directly during the process: punching holes, embossing protrusions, cutting material before bending, and crimping. This reduces the number of technological operations and eliminates the need for secondary processing.

• Flexible Adjustment of Forming Slides — the forming unit consists of cams, forming slides, and return stroke cams. The direction and angle of slide movement can be freely adjusted, allowing easy execution of complex microelectronic bends.

• Expanded Technological Capabilities (Option) — the availability of an additional unit for 3D processing enables the creation of the most complex and intricate product shapes.
