Face Milling Machine DX1212

Professional face milling machine for H-beams, box columns, and shaped profiles, offering a complete mechanical processing cycle.

Key Advantages:

High structural reliability — The bed is made of cast iron, annealed and processed through rough and fine machining (high strength, low deformation, rational design, good manufacturability). The cast iron bed lasts more than 10 years. Unlike linear guideways (where steel balls vibrate and break down over time), the cast design requires no periodic replacement.

Wear resistance and vibration damping — The moving components of the machine are made of gray and ductile cast iron, which ensures they do not wear out for years and effectively dampen vibrations during milling.

Enhanced processing capabilities — The milling head can be rotated from 0° to 45°, allowing machining of complex-shaped workpieces and significantly expanding the range of parts that can be processed.

High efficiency and ease of operation — The standard milling head offers high rigidity, low noise level, high productivity, and simple adjustment. The standardization of the unit reduces the complexity of selecting the appropriate cutting tools.

Precision and stability — The screw feed mechanism uses a split nut (master + auxiliary nut), which eliminates backlash and ensures high positioning accuracy. The vertical slider features a reinforced design, guaranteeing rigidity and long service life.
