Description
CNC Swiss-Type Lathe SZ-206F
The CNC Swiss-Type Lathe SZ-206F is a high-performance, multi-tasking machine designed for the mass production of complex, miniature, and high-precision parts from bar stock with a diameter of up to 20 mm.
Key Advantages:
Maximum Tooling Capacity: The machine supports the simultaneous installation of up to 27 cutting tools.
High Rigidity and Precision Accuracy: The application of a slanted guideway structure along the Y-axis significantly enhances cutting rigidity. The machine bed, designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), effectively absorbs vibrations and reduces resonance, guaranteeing a stable machining accuracy of 0.01 mm.
Thermally Stable Spindles: Both the main and sub-spindles are equipped with an internal oil-cooling system. This design ensures compactness, low inertia, fast servo response, and completely eliminates thermal deformation during prolonged, intensive operation.
Flexible Production Modes: The machine allows for quick and easy switching between guide bush and non-guide bush modes, maximizing the range of technological tasks it can handle.
Application Areas:
The SZ-206F is ideally suited for mass and small-batch production of miniature and complex-profile parts from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, where the highest precision and the elimination of secondary operations are required.
Medical and Dental: Manufacturing of surgical instruments, bone screws, orthopedic implants, and dental abutments with complex geometries.
Electronics and Instrumentation: Production of miniature shafts, precision contacts, sensor housings, connector components, and watch mechanism parts.
Automotive and Aerospace: Manufacturing of fuel injectors and precision valves.
General Mechanical Engineering: Manufacturing of pins and bushings.
