Description
CNC Swiss-Type Lathe SZ-327F
The SZ-327F CNC Swiss-type lathe is an advanced multi-tasking machine equipped with a B-axis rotary turret. This unique configuration elevates turn-mill machining capabilities to a new level, allowing ultra-complex operations at arbitrary angles in a single setup. The SZ-327F perfectly combines the classic precision of sliding headstock turning with the flexibility of a full 5-axis milling center, ensuring maximum productivity when manufacturing parts with complex geometries.
Key Advantages:
B-Axis and High-Speed Live Tools: The live tool holder is equipped with an imported gearbox, guaranteeing high rigidity and stability during cutting. A rotation range from 0° to 150° allows milling and drilling at any required angle without repositioning the part. The maximum rotational speed of the live tool reaches 4200 rpm.
Maximum Tooling Capacity: The configuration includes 4×ER16 front live tool positions and 4×ER11 rear positions, ensuring rapid tool changes and significantly reducing auxiliary time.
CAD/CAM Integration: The CNC system fully supports complex modeling and B-axis machining through modern CAD/CAM software.
High Rigidity and Precision: The machine features a massive bed and precision guideways, guaranteeing vibration-free operation, high geometric accuracy, and durability during intensive mass production.
Application Areas:
Thanks to the rotary B-axis, the SZ-327F is indispensable in applications where conventional lathes would require secondary operations on a milling center.
Medical and Dental: Manufacturing of complex bone implants, surgical instruments, orthopedic screws, and dental abutments with angled holes, threads, and non-standard profiles.
Aerospace and Automotive: Production of precision fittings, fuel injectors, hydraulic valves, and turbine parts requiring multi-faceted milling and drilling of channels at complex angles.
Electronics and Instrumentation: Machining of miniature sensor housings, precision connectors, optical system components, and robotics parts.
