Description
DL-32MH Turning Center
The DL-32MH machine is a two-axis, semi-closed loop turning center. Its bed is constructed as a single casting with 45° inclined guideways, ensuring high rigidity. It is controlled by a FANUC 0i-TF PLUS system (Siemens 828D optional) and equipped with a 22/30 kW AC servo motor. It can perform turning, drilling, and milling operations on parts up to 440 mm in diameter (shafts) and up to 630 mm in diameter (discs).
Key Features:
- Automatic lubrication, cooling, and chip removal systems enable the machine to operate continuously for extended periods.
- The wide-range 22/30 kW motor provides high torque and stable operation at speeds up to 2000 rpm.
- Rapid traverse rates: X-axis 12 m/min, Z-axis 16 m/min. Tool change time between adjacent positions is only 0.94 seconds.
- Positioning repeatability has been improved by 30%.
Construction:
- Monolithic bed made from high-strength cast iron with an optimal rib layout for rigidity.
- Precision NSK bearings (angular contact and cylindrical roller) for high loads and speeds.
- High-precision ball screws with pre-tensioning and thermal compensation.
- Hydraulic tailstock with a clamping force of up to 12,000 N for reliable support of large workpieces.
- A fully enclosed guard prevents coolant and chip leakage, ensuring operator safety.
- Ergonomically designed control layout creates a comfortable working environment.
