HB-110-20T CNC Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine
A high-performance CNC horizontal boring and milling machine with a moving column design, developed for comprehensive machining of large housing parts. The HB-110-20T model combines a rigid T-type bed structure, a powerful spindle unit, and precision closed-loop feed units, ensuring exceptional stability, accuracy, and productivity in heavy milling, boring, drilling, and tapping operations.
Key Advantages:
High Rigidity and Stability — the moving column and T-type bed structure provide excellent rigidity and vibration resistance under heavy cutting conditions. All guideways (X, Y, Z) are of box way type, hardened and precision ground, with sliding surfaces coated with wear-resistant TURCIT-B material, reducing friction and extending service life.
Precision Closed-Loop Measurement System — the X, Y, Z, and W axes are equipped with precision linear optical scales, and the B-axis with an angle encoder. This forms a closed-loop control system, guaranteeing the highest positioning accuracy.
Absolute Coordinate System — the use of absolute encoders eliminates the need to return axes to the home position after machine startup, significantly reducing auxiliary time and mechanism wear.
Powerful Spindle Unit — the spindle is equipped with a 22/26 kW motor with a two-speed gearbox, providing speeds up to 2500 rpm and a maximum torque of 135 kg·m. This enables efficient machining of a wide range of materials in various modes.
Large Capacity Tool Magazine — the machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) featuring a chain-type magazine for 60 tools. Bi-directional shortest path tool selection minimizes waiting time and enhances machining flexibility.
High-Precision Rotary Table — a built-in index table sized 1500x1200 mm with servo drive, minimum rotation angle of 0.001°, and maximum load capacity of 5000 kg. The B-axis is equipped with an angular optical scale for closed-loop control and a hydraulic clamping system. Mechanical locators at 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° positions provide additional rigidity.
Reliable Guideway Protection — the X and Z axes are equipped with telescopic protective covers, preventing chips and dust from entering the precision guideways, thus extending their service life.
Automatic Centralized Lubrication — a forced lubrication system with metering distributors and a self-diagnosis function ensures timely lubricant supply to all guideways, guaranteeing their durability.
Convenience and Safety in Connections — the electrical cabinet is equipped with safe quick-connect connectors, simplifying and speeding up the connection of electronic components while ensuring safety.
