HB-800A CNC Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine

A high-precision CNC horizontal boring and milling machine designed for efficient machining of medium-sized housing parts. The HB-800A model combines a powerful geared spindle, a high-precision index table, and a rigid construction, ensuring stability, productivity, and accuracy in milling, boring, drilling, and tapping operations.

  • Powerful Spindle Unit for Heavy Cutting — the spindle features a quill-type design mounted on high-precision NN series double-row roller bearings, providing the high rigidity required for heavy cutting conditions. The fully geared drive with two speed ranges allows flexible selection of optimal machining parameters.

  • Thermally Stable Spindle Design — the spindle incorporates circulating oil cooling with temperature control, effectively preventing thermal expansion and guaranteeing geometric stability and high machining accuracy even during prolonged operation.

  • High Power and Torque — the spindle is equipped with a 15/18.5 kW AC motor with a two-speed gearbox, providing speeds up to 3000 rpm and excellent torque characteristics for efficient machining of various materials.

  • Precision Index Table — the machine is equipped with a high-precision rotary table with servo drive and a minimum indexing angle of 1 degree. The table can withstand loads up to 3000 kg, ensuring precise workpiece positioning.
