HBM-110 Horizontal Boring Machine
A high-precision horizontal boring machine designed for heavy-duty and precision machining of medium to large-sized housing parts. The HBM-110 model combines a rigid cast construction, a powerful geared spindle, and a precision rotary table, ensuring stability, productivity, and accuracy in boring, milling, drilling, and other operations.

Powerful Spindle Unit for Heavy Cutting — the 110 mm diameter spindle is mounted on high-precision tapered roller bearings, providing the high rigidity required for heavy cutting conditions. The spindle has a travel (Z-axis) of 400 mm.
High Torque and Flexibility — the spindle is equipped with a powerful 15 kW (20 HP) motor with a two-speed geared transmission, providing speeds up to 1000 rpm and high torque for efficient machining of various materials.
Convenient Tool Change System — the spindle features a pneumatic tool clamping/unclamping device (drawbar system), ensuring quick and easy tool changes for ISO50 taper tools.
High-Precision Rotary Table — the machine is equipped with a built-in index table with air bearing, sized 1000x800 mm (for HBM-110 version) or 1200x1400 mm (for HBM-110L version). The table provides smooth 360° rotation with a minimum indexing angle of 1 degree and features a pneumatic clamping system.
High Load Capacity — the work table can withstand loads up to 2500 kg (for HBM-110) and up to 5000 kg (for HBM-110L), allowing machining of large and heavy workpieces.
Rigid and Stable Construction — the bed and base are designed with a box-type structure and reinforced ribs, providing exceptional stability and vibration resistance during heavy cutting. All major castings are made of high-quality cast iron and are stress-relieved through annealing.
Precision Box Guideways — the X, Y, and W axes feature hardened and precision ground box guideways, guaranteeing high accuracy and long service life. The X and W axes are protected by telescopic covers from chips.
Smooth and Precise Movement — the X, Z, and W axes are equipped with ball screws, ensuring smooth and rapid feed motion.
Balanced Spindle Head Design — the spindle head is equipped with a counterweight, ensuring its smooth and stable vertical movement, contributing to long-term accuracy retention of the machine.
Reliable Hydraulic Clamping — the three axes (X, Y, W) are equipped with hydraulic clamping devices that securely lock them during machining, eliminating vibrations and displacements under load.
