Description
Horizontal turning center HI-TECH 200 with 8”-10” chuck and rectangular sliding guides. Its small size and rigid design ensure quality and precision throughout the life of the machine.
- Rigid monolithic structure. The machine has a solid cast iron frame, which allows for efficient heat removal and reduction of thermal deformation. All machine guides are rectangular in shape, which ensures high rigidity and processing accuracy during long hours of machine operation.
- High speed and high performance spindle. The high-performance Hwacheon spindle ensures high-quality and stable processing during operation.
- Turret head with fast indexing. The turret head of the machine has a powerful tool clamping force of 4,300 kgf, while the indexing time is 0.15 s/step.
