C6140ZK Lathe Machine
A versatile horizontal lathe engineered for a full range of turning operations — from roughing to precision finishing and threading. Its heavy-duty cast-iron bed delivers exceptional rigidity, minimizes vibration, and ensures consistent machining accuracy even under continuous load.
The machine accommodates workpieces with a maximum swing of 400 mm over the bed and lengths ranging from 750 mm up to 1500 mm, depending on the version. Standard equipment includes a 3-jaw self-centering chuck and an adjustable tailstock with a quill for secure workholding of various part geometries.
It features a dual-control system: manual for fine adjustments and mechanical feed for automated operations. Capable of external and internal turning, boring, parting, and cutting metric, imperial, and module threads.
Powered by a 4 kW main motor, the spindle offers 12 speed settings across a range of 40–1800 rpm, enabling smooth starts and stable performance. Ideal for both job-shop and batch production, thanks to its robust build, operational reliability, and ease of maintenance.
