Description
B-1 CNC Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine
A compact CNC horizontal boring and milling machine designed for high-precision machining of medium-sized parts. The B-1 model, as a representative of the series without a facing head, is focused on maximum productivity in milling, drilling, boring, and tapping operations in both single-piece and batch production environments.
Key Advantages:
Precision Spindle Unit — the 110 mm diameter spindle features stepless speed regulation in the range of 5–1500 rpm and an accurate stop function, ensuring optimal cutting conditions for a wide range of materials.
Compact Size and Sufficient Working Area — despite its relatively small dimensions, the machine offers a generous working envelope: table cross travel (X) is 1000 mm, spindle head vertical travel (Y) is 900 mm, and table longitudinal travel (Z) is 1100 mm. Spindle travel (W) is 550 mm.
High Positioning Accuracy — the X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with Spanish FAGOR linear scales, forming a closed-loop control system that guarantees stable and reliable positioning accuracy.
Powerful Independent Drives — each feed axis is driven by an independent AC servo motor directly connected to high-precision ball screws, ensuring high dynamics and positioning accuracy.
Advanced CNC System — the machine is equipped with an imported CNC system capable of simultaneous 4-axis control, enabling complex multi-coordinate machining operations.
High-Quality Base Components — the machine's large-scale components (bed, column, table) are designed according to best global practices for premium-class machine tools, possessing a high rigidity margin and potential for future upgrades.
Application Area:
Designed for high-precision machining of housing parts, brackets, plates, and other workpieces in various industries: construction machinery, automotive components manufacturing, aerospace industry, mold and die manufacturing, and electric motor production. The absence of a facing head makes this machine an optimal choice for tasks requiring high productivity in milling and boring operations without the need for processing exceptionally large diameters.
